An exciting opportunity to join the Clean Sheet team.
Prison Liaison Manager
Initially a volunteer, there is scope to develop an employed role.
Clean Sheet, the Christian Charity that helps local churches to provide a Three-Step Pathway from Prison to sustainable employment, is looking for a confident, pro-active, engaging, highly motivated and organised volunteer to excel in the role of Prison Liaison Manager.
You will be a crucial point of contact for existing and new Clean Sheet Partner Prisons. A working knowledge of the Criminal Justice System would be very beneficial.
Reporting to the Chief Executive, this is a great role, co-ordinating every aspect of our partnership with resettlement prisons. This includes developing relationships with rehabilitation departments and Community Rehabilitation Companies with a view to negotiating agreement for our Ways to Work session to be delivered.
You will work closely with the other National Resource Centre team members: Member Liaison, Employer Liaison and Job Club Liaison co-ordinators.
You need to be very comfortable on the phone with fellow professionals, building rapport and ringing prisons resettlement managers to introduce them to Clean Sheet.
Our Christian motivation, ethos and values are in our DNA – we worship and pray together. So you will be an active Christian, committed to social action aimed at transforming lives.
This is a flexible role, working from home which would suit a newly retired person.
Full training will be given.
